Metacognition Questions

1. What did you notice?
I noticed that when people are doing something, they don't concentrate on it completely. Sometimes, they start to go off track, and think about different things and things they want to do.

2. What was hard?
The thing that was hard was saying what you were thinking out loud while you we conscious and knew you were doing it.

3. What did you learn from each other?
I learned that people have a lot of different thoughts going through their mind even though their trying to concentrate on the thing they're currently doing.

  1. Looks like you picked up on a pattern. Do you think students tend to get off track even when they are not doing 'Think Aloud'? If so, what role might metacognition play in learning?
